Basketball stars from 5 different schools team up with collectible company, Candy Digital.
Five men’s basketball players from five different universities are partnering with collectible NFT company, Candy Digital.
The participating student-athletes are:
- Chet Holmgren, Gonzaga University
- Jalen Duren, University of Memphis
- Blake Wesley, University of Notre Dame
- JD Davidson, University of Alabama
- Bryce McGowens, University of Nebraska
The NFT products emerging from these deals will be part of a collection called “Candy Sweet Futures.” According to a news release by Candy Digital: “Each player will have four different rarities including a 1-of-1 auction, Epic, Rare and a four-day open Core edition. The collectibles will be made available for purchase over several weeks beginning in late February.”
Candy Digital is official NFT and collectible partner of Major League Baseball, and of the Race Team Alliance. Candy operates MLBโs official NFT ecosystem where fans and collectors are able to purchase, trade, and share officially licensed NFTs.
Candyโs team is developing a broad range of digital collectibles, beginning with sports content and expanding into art, entertainment, music, and more.
