Ohio State University Baseball student-athlete Colton Bauer enters an NIL partnership with fan-idol experience platform, OurChat.
Bauer becomes the first NIL athlete to join with OurChat. In a tweet about the partnership, the company describes Bauer as a “Founding Partner.” The OurChat platform enables fans to have private one-on-one conversations with favorite influencers.
The OurChat website describes the benefit for athletes and other influencers: “Our platform seeks to allow you to capitalize on your brand without forcing you to give us a portion of your revenue. We want you to be able to be supported by the community that you’ve spent your time building and for you to be able to continue to pursue your passion!”
Bauer is a 6-1 senior from Grove City, Ohio. He plays second base for the Buckeyes.
