Quarterbacks DJ Uiagalelei of Clemson and Sam Howell of UNC-Chapel Hill become members of “Team Bojangles.”
Bojangles is one of the first major quick-service restaurants to sign endorsement deals with college athletes, and the brand will soon add more men and women college athletes to “Team Bojangles.” Uiagalelei and Howell will make appearances on behalf of Bojangles, and share content on their personal social media accounts. Details about compensation were not announced.
DJ Uiagalelei is a 6-4 signal caller from Inland Empire, California. He’s a communication major.
Sam Howell’s home town is Indian Trail, North Carolina. At the end of the 2020 season, he was a 2020 Manning Award Finalist and a 2020 Davey O’Brien Award Semifinalist.
