Central Connecticut State Volleyball’s Mia Lombardo Teams with Fan Interaction App

Central Connecticut State University student-athlete Mia Lombardo enters an NIL agreement with S’PORT, an app that enables fans to send private messages to their favorite athletes.

S’PORT is pronounced like “support.” It’s a new mobile platform that gives fans an opportunity to send athletes notes of congratulations or words of encouragement. In return for their support, fans are guaranteed a response from the student-athlete and an action picture that S’PORT turns into a digital S’PORT Card as a keepsake. Messages cost $10, and the athletes receive 70% of the profits from each message.

Mia Lombardo is a 6-0 redshirt freshman from Lemont, Illinois. She earned a spot on the Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll.
