Maryland WR Dontay Demus Jr. gets an NIL deal with Ledo Pizza.
Maryland student-athlete Dontay Demus Jr. has entered into a Name, Image, and Likeness agreement with Ledo Pizza, a food brand that operates businesses in eight U.S. states.
In a news release, Ledo Pizza CEO Jamie Beall says “We’re excited to kick off our NCAA partnerships with Dontay and are honored to be able to team up with such a highly touted receiver in the 2022 draft class.”
Demus is a senior from Washington, D.C. This season, he leads the Big Ten and ranks 11th in the country in receiving yards (446) and receiving yards per game (111.5). He’s on the 2022 Reese’s Senior Bowl Watch List. His major is family science.
Ledo Pizza was founded in 1955 in the suburbs of Maryland, and it’s now headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland. The company is “dedicated to offering a fresh, affordable menu served in a family-friendly atmosphere.” Ledo Pizza is the Official Pizza of the Maryland Terrapins.
