Wake Forest University Men’s Basketball guard Tyree Appleby scores an NIL deal with the Applebee’s restaurant chain.
In a new Applebee’s promotional video featuring Appleby, the player says “I love this place [Applebee’s restaurant], but they spelled it wrong.” The video then references a new website (https://www.ynotappleby.com/) where visitors can vote for Tyree’s preferred spelling of the restaurant name in order to receive a coupon. The website indicates that more content is “coming soon.”
Appleby is a guard from Jacksonville, Florida. He previously played at Florida, and at Cleveland State.
