University of Miami Baseball pitcher Jake Garland does some acting in a new video from his NIL partner, LifeWallet.
In the video, Garland expresses “Normally I strike out all of my hitters, but I want everyone to hit a home run with LifeWallet.”
Garland is a 6-5 sophomore from Jupiter, Florida. In his freshman season (2021) he had a team-high 13 starts, going 6-4 with a 5.69 ERA.
LifeWallet uses technology to enable individuals to store their medical history so that first responders and health care providers have easy access to the information in case of an emergency.
LifeWallet is creating NIL partnerships with many other Miami athletes, including Morgan Pankow (golf), Angela Grieve (volleyball), Jacey Hinton (swimming), and Al Blades Jr. (football).
